Signing In with your Phone

To sign into Joyner, you will enter the mobile phone number that you provided when you created your account.

A one-time secret code will be texted to you that you will enter as your password each time you sign in.

Each one-time secret code is only valid for 60 seconds.

1. Enter your mobile phone number, tap ‘GO’.

   

2. You will receive a one-time secret code via text message. Once you receive the code, enter it and tap ‘SIGN IN’.

   

3. If your code is expired or you did not receive a code, tap ‘RESEND CODE’ and another code will be sent to you via text message.
