Subscription Overview

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are only required to create groups. If you are just a member of groups, you are NOT required to purchase a subscription.

Purchase

• Tap ‘Account’ from the the Joyner menu
• Tap ‘SUBSCRIBE NOW’ on that page
• You will be taken to a Stripe page to purchase your subscription
• See the Purchase a Subscription guide page for more details

Manage

• Tap ‘Account’ from the Joyner menu
• Tap ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION’ on that page
• You will be taken to a Stripe page where Joyner subsciptions are managed
• Stripe will email you a one time password to access your account information
• On the stripe account management page, you can:
  • View your subscription details
  • See your payment history
  • View/Update your payment methods
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancel

• To cancel your subscription, go to the manage subscription page and you can cancel your subscription there.
• Your subscription will remain active until your current subscription period expires.
• There are no refunds provided for cancelled subscriptions.
